Reflect this week that it’s a good practice to pray for humble awareness of our own faults and weaknesses. We mustn’t cultivate a belief or attitude within ourselves that we’re better than others, or better than we are. For the complete reflection, click on the title.
As the summer days fade and the excitement of a new school year begins to take hold, it's a time of fresh beginnings and renewed purpose. For students, teachers, and parents alike, this season offers an opportunity to grow academically and spiritually. It's not just the beauty of the scenery and the fragrant smells of the sweet grass that make this place so beautiful and sacred to me. It is you in your goodness--who continue to reflect the Love of God. Thank you and thank God. Click on orange title for complete reflection.
SPIRITUAL LIFE PILLAR UPDATE
This Pillar is one of the six advisory groups in our family of parishes. It, like the others, is composed of members of each of our three parishes.
Our faith life is all about growth, learning and adjusting. Let our hearts be open always to the will of God in our lives because He is more than simply a coach, He is the one who created the cosmos and created us for a purpose within it. Click on title for complete reflection.
We need to see the good in other people and not simply tear them down. Our Mother Mary always offers us a great example of humility throughout her life. Let us allow ourselves to say with her, “My soul magnifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” For complete reflection, click on the orange title.

Several weeks ago, due to the generosity of several donors within our Catholic community, Fr. Peter led a group of youth to the annual youth conference at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Rather than have Fr. Peter or me write about what happened during the conference, I figured it would be best to have those who attended from our community tell you what they experienced in Steubenville….
