While St. Mary of the Angels was a place of prayer and reflection for Thomas Merton, so were some places at the campus of St. Bonaventure University. The famous Grotto is the spot where he made the decision to enter a Trappist monastery. Read this story about the restoration of this treasured spiritual space.
