Thank you for your kindness...

I want to thank all of you, my parish family at the Basilica for your thoughtful, prayerful support and for your offered sympathy at the passing of my Mom, Mary. Your heartfelt expressions of caring and prayers have sustained me and my sister, Mary Ann and my brothers, Bill and Mark and all of her loved ones at this time. My Mom loved flowers and those pictured below sent on behalf of the Basilica were beautiful and represented Mary Adams in her life and love. I have dried some of them so I can share them in Christmas gifts for my sister and brothers. These flowers are a reminder of our parish family and will help us to remember my Mom and your goodness.

You are forever a part of my family of faith and life. You have been and are God’s presence and His embrace in so many ways as with your countless prayers, kind and loving words of support and comfort. You have helped lift me and my family up from our sorrow and helped renew us in the joy of the coming of Our Lord.
