Road to Renewal Diocesan-Wide Survey

Family of Parishes
As part of the Road to Renewal and the formation of the Family of Parishes – the Basilica of  St. Mary of the Angels, St. John’s  in conjunction with St. Bonaventure in Allegany, will be participating in a diocesan wide parish survey conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI).  The participation of the members of the parish in this survey is part of Phase I of our assessment process as we gather information and plan our part in the Road to Renewal.  The results of the survey will be the initial part of the information to help future plans & endeavors as the three   parishes form our Family. 

All parishioners will be asked to participate in this 10-15 minute survey online.  The survey can be accessed through an online link has been opened on Wednesday March 2.  The link closes on April 4. 

Printed versions are available for those parish members who are not comfortable, unfamiliar with or who lack computer and internet usage.  The printed surveys will be located at the entrances of the churches on the top row of the shelving provided beginning March 2^nd.

All responses, both online survey & paper version, will be confidential.  If there are no more paper versions of the survey on the shelving or you have trouble accessing the survey online, just call the parish office and one will be mailed to you.
